Qi Kang
PhD Student
Qi Kang is a first-year Ph.D. student advised by Professor Haris N Koutsopoulos, working on Demand-Responsive transit. Prior to coming to Northeastern University, he was a software engineer at Continental Automotive Singapore, where he worked on a research project within the Continental-NTU Corporation Lab.
Qi received his Master’s degree in robotics at the National University of Singapore and his Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technologies. His research interests are deep reinforcement learning-based decision-making for autonomous vehicles and multiagent systems.
