Visiting Graduate Student
We invite prospective visiting graduate students to join our lab for the 2025-2026 academic year. If you are interested in visiting our lab, please submit the application form by December 20, 2024. The application requires the materials listed below. We will reach out to finalists for interviews and request two reference letters.

- Statement of purpose: Please provide a detailed summary of your research interests, previous work, and future research plan if admitted to our lab as a visiting student (limited to one page, excluding references).
- Writing sample: This could be your published paper or the draft of your on-going work.
- Explore the lab’s recent publications: Please select a list of 3-5 papers that interest you the most and provide a concise paragraph (no more than 300 words) explaining the rationale behind your selection.

SMART M3S Project Research Assistant
The SMART research team (Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology) is currently recruiting at least three research assistants. The research assistants will work on the "Mens, Manus and Machina—How AI Empowers People, Institutions and Cities in Singapore (M3S)" project, which is dedicated to exploring the potential of human-machine collaboration and addressing issues related to artificial intelligence and social adaptation, with the aim of promoting the betterment of society through artificial intelligence (website). Successful candidates will be involved in groundbreaking projects aimed at advancing state-of-the-art AI for the development of future smart cities.
