Yonah Freemark is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at MIT. He has published research on urbanism, transportation, and land use in the Journal of the American Planning Association, Politics & Society, Urban Affairs Review, and several other journals and books. His dissertation considers the interjurisdictional planning of transit projects in the U.S. and France.
