Daniela Shuman (she/hers) is currently pursuing her B.S. in Computer Science & Statistics, as well as her Master's in Computer Science at Harvard University. Daniela spends time considering how to design livable, dense urban environments. Daniela’s current research focus at the MIT Mobility Lab is on gender-aware public transportation policy. Previously, Daniela has worked in partnership with MBTA, exploring socioeconomic inequities in public transportation convenience. She also runs the Harvard Undergraduate Urban Sustainability Lab. She is from Seattle, WA, where she is a local Climate Reality Leader. In her free time, Daniela enjoys long backpacking trips in the Pacific Northwest.
